SAVAŞ AYETLERİ; YAKALADIĞINIZ YERDE ÖLDÜRÜN

Bu yazımızda özellikle dillerden düşmeyen “müşrikleri bulduğunuz yerde öldürün” mealindeki Tevbe 5 ve “onları yakaladığınız yerde öldürün” mealindeki bakara 191 ayetleri üzerinden Kur’an’daki savaş ayetlerine değineceğiz. Savaş, cihad ayetleri ile ilgili ateist/deist iddiaları incelediğimizde iddiaların ana kaynağının bağlamından koparılmış ayetler olduğunu görüyoruz.

Marifet cümlenin önünü arkasını kesip hata bulmak ise bunu önünüze konulan herhangi bir metinde de yapabilirsiniz. Örneğin Harezmi’nin cümlelerini bağlamından koparıp onu bir bilim karşıtı, İbni Sina’ın cümlelerini bağlamından koparıp onu felsefe düşmanı olarak gösterebilirsiniz. Hatta bazı ayetleri bağlamından koparıp Kur’an’da namaz kılanlara lanet edildiğini, namaza yaklaşılmaması gerektiğini de iddia edebilirsiniz. Bağlamından koparıldığı halde her kitap, her metin, her paragraf anlamı çarpıtılmaya müsait hale getirilebilir.

Şimdi ilk olarak bağlamından koparılan ve “Onları yakaladığınız yerde öldürün” şeklinde servis edilen bakara 191 ayetine bakalım;

Onları yakaladığınız yerde öldürün. Sizi çıkardıkları yerden (Mekke’den) siz de onları çıkarın. Fitne adam öldürmekten daha kötüdür. Mescid’i Haram’da onlar sizle savaşmadıkça, siz de onlarla savaşmayın. Eğer onlar size karşı savaş açarlarsa siz de onları öldürün. İşte kâfirlerin cezası böyledir. (bakara 191)

Hem ayetin iniş olayından hem de ayetteki “sizi çıkardıkları yerden siz de onları çıkarın”, “sizlerle savaşmadıkça siz de onlarla savaşmayın” gibi kısımlardan müslümanların bir nefsi müdafaa pozisyonunda olduğu açıktır. Yine aynı ayette karşı tarafın düzeni bozan bir fitne çıkardığı da geçiyor. Nisa 75 ve Tevbe 13 ayetlerine baktığımızda bu fitnenin, zulmün ne olduğunu daha iyi görüyoruz;

Size ne oluyor ki, Allah yolunda ve: “Rabbimiz, bizi halkı zalim olan bu ülkeden çıkar, bize Katından bir veli (koruyucu sahib) gönder, bize Katından bir yardım eden yolla” diyen erkekler, kadınlar ve çocuklardan zayıf bırakılmışlar adına savaşmıyorsunuz?(Nisa 75)

Yeminlerini bozan bir kavimle savaşmayacak mısınız? Ve (onlar) resûlü (yurdundan) çıkarmaya kalkıştılar (karar verdiler) ve sizinle (savaşa) ilk defa başlayanlar onlardır. Onlardan korkuyor musunuz? (Halbuki) Allah, şâyet mü’minlerseniz, O’ndan korkmanız için daha çok hak sahibidir.(Tevbe 13)

Peki Mekke’nin kızgın kumları üzerinde sırtına kırbaç yiyen Bilali Habeş için Kur’an’ın ne demesini beklerdiniz? İşkence edilerek şehid edilen Yasir ailesi için ne demesini beklerdiniz? Kendi yurtlarında üç yıllık boykota uğramış, daha sonra Medine’ye göç etmek zorunda kalan müslümanlar için ne demesini beklerdiniz? Hayat, sağa tokat atılırsa solu çevir denilecek kadar çiçek böcek bir hayat değil. Filistin’de annesi öldürülen çocuğun elindeki taş ile tanklara karşı durması yada Arakan’daki, Doğu Türkistan’daki gencin silahlanıp ailesini koruması en doğal hakkıdır.

Not: İlgili ayetlerde Müslümanların savunma pozisyonunda olması müslümanların sadece savunma yapabileceği anlamına gelmiyor. Müslümanlar zulme uğramamış olsa da zulme uğramış bir halk için cihada çıkılabilir. Veya örneğin daha önce yurtlarından çıkartılmış olan müslümanların Mekke’yi fethetmek üzere saldırıya geçmesi de örnek verilebilir.

Sizinle savaşanlara karşı Allah yolunda siz de savaşın. Ancak aşırı gitmeyin. Çünkü Allah aşırı gidenleri sevmez.(bakara 190)

Hemen bir önceki ayete ki özellikle iddia sahiplerinin görmek istemediği ayete baktığımızda ise yine bir öz savunmadan bahsettiğini hatta bunu yaparken bile aşırıya gidilmemesi gerektiği öğütleniyor. Zira İslam dininde savaşın da bir şerefi vardır ki örneğin savaşta kadın, çocuk, din görevlileri öldürülmez.

Fitne tamamen yok edilinceye ve din yalnız Allah’ın oluncaya kadar onlarla savaşın. Şayet vazgeçerlerse, düşmanlık ancak zalimlere karşıdır.(bakara 193)

İddia sahipleri tarafından bağlamından koparılan bir diğer kısım ise bakara 193 ayetindeki “din yalnız Allah’ın oluncaya kadar savaşın” kısmı. Peki bu ayet “bir sabah uyan ve hiçbir şey yokken çevrendeki bütün gayri müslimleri öldür” anlamına mı geliyor? Tabiki de hayır. Ayeti bağlamına göre değerlendirdiğimizde ortada bir savaş durumu olduğunu bariz bir şekilde görüyoruz. Yine ayrıca ayetin bir fitneden bahsettiğini söylemiştik. Peki fitne neydi; işkence ve zulüm. Durum böyle iken ayetten “eziyetler bitinceye ve huzur sağlanıncaya kadar Allah yolunda savaşın” denildiğini anlıyoruz. Nitekim ayetin son kısmında da “düşmanlık ancak zalimleredir” deniliyor.

Böylece haram aylar çıktığı zaman artık müşrikleri bulduğunuz yerde öldürün ve onları yakalayın ve onları muhasara edin (kuşatın). Gözetleme yerlerinin hepsine oturun (onları gözaltında tutun). Bundan sonra eğer tövbe ederlerse ve namaz kılar ve zekât verirlerse o taktirde onların yolunu serbest bırakın. Muhakkak ki Allah; Gafur’dur, Rahîm’dir.(tevbe 5)

Bağlamından koparılan bir diğer ayet de Tevbe 5 ayeti. Hiç yorum yapmadan hemen sonraki iki ayete yani Tevbe 6-7 ayetlerine bakalım;

Eğer Allah’a ortak koşanlardan biri senden sığınma talebinde bulunursa, Allah’ın kelâmını işitebilmesi için ona sığınma hakkı tanı. Sonra da onu güven içinde olacağı yere ulaştır. Bu, onların bilmeyen bir kavim olmaları sebebiyledir (Tevbe 6)

Allah’a ortak koşanların Allah katında ve Resûlü yanında bir ahdi nasıl olabilir? Ancak Mescid-i Haram’ın yanında kendileriyle antlaşma yaptıklarınız başkadır. Bunlar size karşı dürüst davrandığı sürece, siz de onlara dürüst davranın. Çünkü Allah kendine karşı gelmekten sakınanları sever.(Tevbe 7)

Gördüğünüz gibi ayetlerde yine bir savaş ortamından ve karşı tarafın yani müşriklerin bozduğu bir anlaşma sonucu savaşın ortaya çıktığını görüyoruz. Özellikle Tevbe 6-7 ayetlerine baktığımızda; “sığınma talebinde olanlara güven verilmesi, dürüst olanlara karşı dürüst davranılması” gibi kısımlardan müslümanların yine öz savunma pozisyonunda olduğu ve barış yanlısı olduğunu görüyoruz.

Bir önceki ayete de bakalım;

Ancak Allah’a ortak koşanlardan, kendileriyle antlaşma yapmış olduğunuz, sonra da antlaşmalarında size karşı hiçbir eksiklik yapmamış ve sizin aleyhinize hiç kimseye yardım etmemiş olanlar, bu hükmün dışındadır. Onların antlaşmalarını, süreleri bitinceye kadar tamamlayın. Şüphesiz Allah, kendine karşı gelmekten sakınanları sever. (Tevbe 4)

Yine bu ayetten bütün gayrimüslimlerin düşman olarak görülmediğini, antlaşmaya uyanlarla herhangi bir sorun olmadığını görüyoruz.

İddia sahipleri ayetlerin siyakına, sibakına bakmadığı gibi Kur’an’ın savaş kuralları ile ilgili diğer ayetlerini görmezden geliyor. Buyrun bu “görünmez ayetlerden” bir kısmına değinelim;

Kendilerine savaş açılanlara savaşma izni verilmiştir. Çünkü onlar zulme uğratıldılar. Allah onlara yardıma elbette kadirdir. (hac 39)

Allah sizi, din hakkında sizinle savaşmayan ve sizi yurtlarınızdan çıkarmayan kimselere iyilik etmeden, onlara adaletli davranmaktan men etmez! Allah, adaleti ayakta tutanları sever. (Mumtehine 8)

Bir kötülüğün cezası, tıpkısı bir kötülüktür. Fakat affedip barışmayı esas alanın ücretini bizzat Allah verir. O, zalimleri hiç sevmez.(şura 40)

Zulme uğratılışı ardından kendini savunana gelince, böyleleri aleyhine yol aranmaz. Aleyhine yol aranacak olan şu kişilerdir ki, insanlara zulmederler ve yeryüzünde haksız yere saldırılarda bulunurlar, taşkınlıklar sergilenler. İşte böyleleri için acıklı bir azap vardır. (Şura 41-42)

Allah’ın saygıya layık kıldığı cana haklı bir sebep yokken kıymayın. Kim haksızlıkla öldürülürse, onun velisine yetki/söz hakkı vermişizdir. Ama o da öldürmede sınır tanımazlık etmesin. Çünkü kendisine yardım edilmiştir. (İsra 33)

Eğer ceza ile karşılık verecekseniz, ancak size yapılan kötülüğün türü ve miktarı ile karşılık verin. Eğer sabrederseniz, elbette ki bu, sabredenler için daha hayırlıdır. (Nahl 126)

Ey iman edenler! Adalet ve dürüstlüğün tanıkları olarak Allah için kollayıp gözetenler olun. Bir topluluğa olan kininiz, sizi adaletsiz davranmaya asla itmesin! Adaletli olun. Bu korunup sakınanlar için daha uygundur. (Maide 8)

Güzellikle çirkinlik/iyilikle kötülük bir olmaz! Kötülüğü, en güzel tavırla sav! O zaman görürsün ki, seninle arasında düşmanlık bulunan kimse, sımsıcak bir dost gibi oluvermiştir. (Fussilet 34)

Eğer barışa eğilim gösterirlerse sen de buna yanaş ve Allah’a tevekkül et. Çünkü O, en iyi işitenin, en iyi bilenin ta kendisidir. (Enfal 61)

Ancak sizinle aralarında andlaşma bulunan bir kavme sığınanlar ya da hem sizinle, hem kendi kavimleriyle savaşmak (istemeyip bun)dan göğüslerini sıkıntı basıp size gelenler (dokunulmazdır.) Allah dileseydi, onları üstünüze saldırtır, böylece sizinle çarpışırlardı. Eğer sizden uzak durur (geri çekilir), sizinle savaşmaz ve barış (şartların)ı size bırakırlarsa, artık Allah, sizin için onların aleyhinde bir yol kılmamıştır. (Nisa 90)

SAVAŞ ATMOSFERİ

İlgili ayetlerin savaş döneminde indiğini ve savaş durumundan bahsettiğini gördük. Şimdi de ilgili ayetlerin “gördüğünüz/yakaladığınız yerde öldürün” kısmı üzerinde duralım;

Siz hiç savaşta “kılıçlara, oklara gülümseyerek cevap verin” diyen bir komutan gördünüz mü? Peki “düşmanı öldürmeyin, sadece korkutun” diyen bir komutan duydunuz mu? Tabiki de hayır. Savaşa zaten öldürmek için gidilir, savaşın atmosferi doğası budur. Böyle bir ortamda ağzınızdan çıkan sözler de günlük hayattakinden farklı olacaktır. O yüzden bir savaş ayetini incelerken normal günlük ayeti gibi yorumlayamazsınız. Bakara 191 veya Tevbe 5 ayetindeki “onları yakaladığınız yerde öldürün” tarzı sert ifadeler bir savaş durumu gayet doğal cümleler. Savaş için kullanılmış bir söz de günlük hayatta uygulanmaz. Örneğin bu ayeti delil alıp da ortada hiçbir şey yokken gayrimüslim komşusunu öldüren bir müslüman duydunuz mu?

Veya örneğin İstanbul fethi sırasında Fatih sultan Mehmet’in “bütün Bizans askerlerini kılıçtan geçirin” diye bağırmasından daha doğal ne olabilir? Veya örneğin Mustafa Kemal’in “size savaşmayı değil ölmeyi emrediyorum” şeklindeki sözü konumuz açısından güzel bir örnek. Peki siz hiç bu söze dayanarak “En Atatürkçü benim, atam ölmemi istiyorsa ölürüm” diyerek kendi kafasına sıkan birini duydunuz mu? Tabiki de hayır zira bu sözler savaş atmosferine özgü sözler ve ne kast edildiği açıktır. Günlük hayata uyarladığımızda çok saçma da olsa savaş için gayet doğal sözler.

O yüzden aynı şekilde bir ayeti incelerken bağlamını dikkate aldığımız gibi ayetin indiği olayı, atmosferi de göz önüne almak lazım. Aksi takdirde elimizde istediğimiz gibi giydirebileceğimiz, istediğimiz şekle koyabileceğimiz kuru bir metin kalır.
