ÖLÜMSÜZ DENİZ ANASI VE ANKEBUT 57

iddia: Ankebut 57 ayetinde her nefsin ölümü tadacağı geçiyor oysa bugün ölümsüz denizanaları olduğunu biliyoruz. Bu ayete ters değil mi?

önce ilgili ayete bakalım;

Her nefs ölümü tadacaktır. Sonra bize döndürüleceksiniz. (Ankebut 57)

Şöyle ki; asıl adı “Turritopsis dohrnii” olan ve ölümsüz denizanası dediğimiz canlı gerçek anlamda ölümsüz değildir. Bu tür canlılara “biyolojik olarak ölümsüz” denilir. Peki “biyolojik olarak ölümsüz” ne demektir? Evrim ağacı sitesindeki yazının ilgili kısmını aynen aktarayım;

“ölüm, bir türe ait bir bireyin hayatını yitirerek genetik soy hattının sonuna ermesi demektir. Üreme, ölüme karşı evrimleşen yöntemlerden bir tanesidir. Eşeyli olarak üreyen canlılar, gelecek nesillere kendilerinin yarısını aktarırlar. Eşeysiz olarak üreyen canlılarsa, çoğu zaman kendilerinin tam bir kopyasını gelecek nesillere aktarırlar. Böylelikle kendi bedenleri ölse bile, genleri ve o genlerden inşa edilen birebir kopyaları yaşamayı sürdüreceği için biyolojik ve evrimsel açıdan “ölümsüz” olmuş olurlar” (1)

Nitekim bu özellik ilk defa denizanalarında keşfedilen bir özellik değil. Tek hücreli canlıların neredeyse tamamında, yassı solucanlarda ve bazı bitki ile hayvanlarda görülen bir durum. Bu canlılar kendi bedenleri ölse bile, genleri ve o genlerden inşa edilen birebir kopyaları yaşamayı sürdürür. Böylece literatürde ölümsüz olarak adlandırılırlar ama bu gerçek bir ölümsüzlük değil.

Ayrıca bu canlılara dışardan fiziksel bir müdahele olduğu taktirde ölürler. İlgili yazının(evrim ağacı) devamında şöyle deniyor;

“Buradaki kritik nokta, “biyolojik olarak ölümsüz” canlıların, insanların hayal ettiği gibi “ölümsüz” olmadığıdır. Yani bu canlıların üzerine basacak, üzerlerine silahla ateş edecek veya herhangi bir diğer fiziksel şiddete başvuracak olursanız elbette vücut bütünlüklerini yitirerek ölürler. Bir diğer deyişle, “biyolojik olarak ölümsüz” olan canlılar, ölüme karşı dirençli canlılar değildirler. Ölebilirler. Fakat örneğin biz insanlar, üzerimizde hiçbir fiziksel şiddet olmasa bile nihayetinde mutlaka öleceğiz. Bunun kaçarı (şimdilik) yok. Fakat biyolojik olarak ölümsüz olan canlılar, söz konusu fiziksel şiddetin yokluğunda sonsuza kadar varlıklarını sürdürebilirler. Dediğimiz gibi, çoğu bunu kendi kopyalarını yaratarak, bir kısmı ise hızlı yenilenme yöntemleriyle bunu yaparlar.” (2)

Ayrıca dikkatinizi çekmek isterim ki; ayette “her nefis ölümü tadacak” derken herhangi bir zaman sınırlaması yok. Örneğin bir canlının ölümü bir milyon yıl sonra bile gerçekleşmiş olsa ayet ile çelişmez. Şöyle ki; bildiğiniz gibi bilimde evrenin sonu geleceğine dair büyük donma, büyük çöküş, büyük yırtılma, büyük değişme şeklinde 4 olası teori var.(3)

Evrenin sonu geldiğinde de doğal olarak evrendeki her canlı öleceği, yok olacağı için aslında bu ayet hiçbir zaman yanlışlanamaz. Zira bu ölüm ister iki gün sonra, ister bir milyon yıl sonra, ister kıyametin kopması ile gerçekleşmiş olsun bu her halükarda bütün nefislerin ölümü tattığını doğrular.
