KURANCILAR KİMDİR

Kendilerini ehli kuran olarak adlandıran İslami bir grup olarak ortaya çıktılar. Kur’an’ı iman ve İslam şeriatı için tek kaynak olarak görürler. Sünneti Peygamberimizden(s.a.v) uzun zaman sonra yazıldığını iddia edip delil olarak almazlar. 

Allah’ın sadece Kur’an’ı korumayı vadettiği, sünneti bu koruma va’dinde zikretmediğine dayanarak Peygamberimize nispet edilen hadis ve rivayetleri kabul etmezler. Bunlar, kendileri hakkında Allah Resulünün şu sözünde haber verdiği topluluğun başka bir uzantısıdır;

“koltuğuna yaşlanmış şekilde oturan bir adama benim hadislerinden bir hadis nakledildiğinde sizinle benim aramda Allah’ın kitabı var onda helal bulduğumuzu helal sayar, haram bulduğumuzu haram sayarız demesi yaklaşmıştır. Dikkat edin Allah Resulünün haram kıldığı Allah’ın haram kıldığı gibidir. ” (Ebû Dâvûd, sunne 6 ; tirmizi, ilim, 10) 

Bu hadisi bazı alimler peygamberlik alametleri bölümünde zikretmişlerdir. Zira sanki Peygamber Efendimiz(sav) aramızda canlı ve” bize helal ve haram belirlemede sadece kuran gerekir” sözüyle Müslümanları dinleri hakkında aldatıp kandırarak Müslümanlara gelen kişileri tanıtıyor. Bu sözü söyleyenler bununla sünneti inkâr etmek ve sünnete dil uzatmak istiyorlar. 

Bu fikirlerin ilk ortaya çıkması birçok İslam ülkesinin batılılarca sömürülmesinden sonraki 19 asrın sonlarına rastlar. Sömürgeci batılılar İslam’ın sabitelerini sarsmak için her türlü sapkın fikri destekleme, besleme konusunda büyük çaba sarf ettiler ve bu fikirlerin yayılımı özellikle Hint ve Mısır ülkelerinde başladı sonra Irak, Libya, Endonezya, Malezya ve diğer ülkelere yayıldı. 

Sünneti inkâr fikri Hindistan’da İngiliz işgali döneminde Ahmedhan vasıtasıyla ortaya çıktı. Ahmedhan Kur’an’ı sırf aklıyla tefsir etti ve hadislerin kabulünü imkânsız hale getiren şartlar ihdas etti. Bu yüzden hadislerin çoğunu inkar eder hale geldi. Sonra onu Pakistan’dan Abdullah Çekralevi takip etti. Çekralevi hadis araştırmaları hakkında çalışıyordu. Sonra hadis hakkında birçok şüphe ile karşı karşıya kaldı ve sonunda hadislerin tamamını inkâr, sonucuna vardı. 

Kurancılar şeri hükümlerde Kuranı tek kaynak olarak gördüklerine binaen ehli zikir ve ehli kuran adıyla bir cemaat olarak kuruldu. Bu konuda birçok kitap yazıldı. Ayrıca kurancılık fikri Mısır’da da ortaya çıktı ve Ahmet Suphi Mansur bu görüşü benimsedi. Ahmed Mansur başlangıçta (1977 yılında) Ezher’de ders veriyordu fakat kendisine baskı yapan Sünni din alimleri ile zıtlaştı ve bu zıtlaşma 1987 yılında görevinden ayrılması ile sonuçlandı.

Ahmet Suphi “İbn Haldun” merkezi kapatıldıktan, Kurancı aktivist grupları kapsayan tutuklama dalgasından, Kur’ancılar’ı Mısır güçleri dinleri aşağılama suçlamasıyla hapse attıktan sonra 2002 yılında Amerika’ya siyasi mülteci olarak gitmek zorunda kaldı. Sonra Amerika’ya yerleşti ve yeni yoluna davet için internet ortamında ortaya çıktı. Virginia eyaletinde Evrensel Kur’an-ı Kerim merkezini Kurdu. Bu merkezin internet sitesi “Ehli Kur’an’dır” Ahmet Suphi bu site vasıtasıyla yeni yolunu tanıtmak, davet etmek için makaleler bildiriler araştırmalar yayımlamaya başladı. 

Bu kişiler kati delillerin, sünneti terk etmeyi, ihmal etmeyi ondan yüz çevirmeyi, şer’i kaynak olarak sünnete itibar etmemeyi, Yüce İslam şeriatını tek kaynak olarak Kur’an’la kısıtlamayı gerektirdiğini öne süren şüphelere sebep oldular. Bu şüphelerden ilki Kur’an’cılar’ın şu sözüdür: Kur’an-ı Kerim Bütün dini sorunlara, şer’i hükümlere kâfidir. Kur’an, İslam dininin genelinden özeline tümüyle tamamını kapsar. Tüm Şer’i hükümleri ayrıntılarıyla içerir. Onlar bu sözlerine” biz kitapta hiçbir şeyi eksik bırakmadık” (En’am 38) ayetini delil gösterirler. Onların bu sözlerine şu cevap kafidir:

Kur’an, Müslümanların toplandığı merkezdir. İslam’ın birçok hükmü kapalı, (mücmel) bazıları ayrıntılıdır(mufassal). Peygamber Efendimiz kapalıları açıkladı ve detaylandırdı. Allah resulü açıklayan ve teferruatlandırandır. O sadece Allah’ın emirlerine uyar. Yoksa Kur’ancılar namazın özelliklerini zekâtın miktarını haccın özelliklerini ve diğer ibadetlerin ayrıntılarını nereden bulacaklar.

Bu şüphelerinden ikincisini de sünnetin Allah’tan Peygamber’e vahiy olmadığı, aksine içtihat, Hz. Peygamberin insan olmasının gerektirdiği davranışlar olduğu, Allah Resulü’ nün doğru da yanlış da yapabileceği iddiaları ile temellendirirler. Kur’ancılar’a bu ümmet kıyamete kadar öncekiler ve sonrakiler olarak Allah tarafından Resulüne vahyedilen sünnetin etrafında toplanmıştır ve peygamber hevasından konuşmaz sünnet sadece kendisine vahyedilendir şeklinde cevap verilir. 

Bu konuda Kur’an’da birçok ayet bunmaktadır. Üstelik Kur’an, Allah resulünü şeriatta tek kaynak yapıyor. Müminlere, Allah Resul’ünün yaptığı, terk ettiği, emrettiği, nehyettiği her şeyde Resulullah’a uymayı emrediyor. Allah şöyle buyuruyor:

“Resul size neyi getirse onu alın. Neyi sizin için yasaklarsa onu bırakın.” (Haşr 7)

Ayrıca Allah Teala imanı Rasulullah’a itaate, hükmüne rızaya, uygun gördüğü ve hükmettiği tüm emir ve nehiylerine tam teslimiyete göre derecelendirmiştir.  Allah Teala şöyle buyuruyor:

“Hayır, Rabbine yemin olsun ki onlar aralarında çıkan anlaşmazlıklarda seni hakem yapıp sonra da verdiğin hükmü nefislerinde hiçbir sıkıntı olmadan gönülden kabul etmedikçe iman etmiş olmazlar.” (Nisa 65) 

Yine onların şüphelerinden biri de: Allah Teala’nın sadece kitabını değişim, fazlalık, eksikliğe karşı korumasıdır. Allah şöyle buyuruyor: “Şüphesiz Kur’an’ı sana biz indirdik ve onun Koruyucusu da elbette biziz” (Hicr 9) Bu nedenle Kur’an İslam’da tek kaynak olarak kaldı. Kur’an tahrif edilmemiş, değiştirilmemiş, içine bir kelime dahi eklenmemiş, çıkarılmamıştır, lafız ve manası dışında bir şeyle rivayet edilmemiştir.  

Sünnete gelince Allah sünneti koruyacağına kefil olmamıştır. Bundan dolayı sünnete uydurma hadisler dahil olmuş, hadislerin lafızları kaybolmuş, çoğu mana ile rivayet edilmiştir. Onların bu şüphelerine, Kur’an’ın korunması sünnetin korunmasını da kapsar çünkü Allah Kur’an’da

“kendilerine indirileni onlara açıklaman için” (Nahl 44)

buyuruyor. Yani sünnetle açıklaması buyuruluyor, öyleyse Kur’an’ın açıklanması sünnete dönüştürülmesiledir. Kur’anda Allah’ın Kuranı muhafaza etme vaadi vardır böylece Allah’ın Kur’an-ı koruma vaadi Kuranı açıklayan sünneti koruma vaadi de olmuş olur, diye cevap verilir.

Kur’ancılar’ın şüphelerinden biri de Peygamberimizin sünnetinin tüm zaman ve mekanlara yönelik olmadığıdır. Zira onlara göre sünnet Peygamber efendimiz döneminde kendisiyle beraber olan sahabenin durumlarına göre peygamberimizden sadır olan hükümlerdir. O zamanın, insanlarıyla durumlarıyla geçip gitmiştir. Bu yüzden kendi zamanlarına has olan bu söz ve eylemler bizim zamanımızda geçerliliğini yitirdi, derler.

Kur’ancılara sünnet için söyledikleri bu sözün Kuran için de söylenmesi mümkündür, diye cevap verilir. Çünkü Kuranda özel sebeplere, belirli durumlara uygun birçok ayet zikredilmiştir. Ancak alimler bu hükümlerin Peygamberimizin ashabına ve yaşadığı döneme özel olduğu günümüzde geçerliliğini yitirdiği görüşünü kabul etmemişlerdir. Kuran ancak ve ancak tüm zaman ve mekanlar için genel kanunlar koymak üzere indirildi. Bundan dolayı alimler bu konuda kurallar belirlemişlerdir. Bu kurallardan biri de Müslümanların çoğunun bildiği meşhur “itibar sebebin hususiyetine değil lafzın umumunadır” kaidesidir. Bu kural belirli bir olaya istinaden indirilen hükmün, kıyamete kadar kendisine benzeyen olaylarda da uygulanmasını gerektirir. 

Kur’ancıların esas kabul ettiği bu şüpheler, kendilerinin yanlışlık ve dalaletlerini, bu şüphelerin tamamının zayıf akıllara karşı hile, kandırma olduğunu, bu inançlarının, her ne kadar Kuran’a bağlı olduklarını ve İslam’ı öne sürseler de bunun İslam’dan çıkma, dinden sapma olduğu bellidir. Çünkü bu sünnetten önce Kuranın inkarıdır. Zira Kuran ve sünnet ayrılamaz, ikisi de aynı kandilden çıkmıştır o kandil de koruma altındaki ilahi vahiydir.
